The aim of the project is fundamental research in the field of photocatalysts
TiO2 - activated carbon, usable in water and air purification applications. The project is focused on basic research in the field of preparation and testing of TiO2-activated carbon composite photocatalysts, where the high sorption capacity of activated carbon is used and the removal of superabsorbed pollutants by nanocrystalline TiO2. The common goal is to establish and develop cooperation with a foreign partner in the field of photocatalytic processes that can be used for environmental protection.
