Project focus:
The project focuses on the research of a new concept of monoblocks (machines) for filling of corrosive substances. Machine concepts will be tested to a small extent in the development of test stations. In order to obtain new knowledge, the applicant will establish the development of monoblock prototypes for corrosive substances, using modern, commercially and financially available materials. The planned R & D activities will lead to the setting of new machine technical parameters, combining these new technical features into one fully functional machine and the application of new materials / finishes can now be considered as highly innovative at the global level. The planned activities and the subject matter of the solution are fully in line with the R & D and innovation priorities in mechanical engineering (advanced machinery), both at the Czech and EU level.
Design of a new top frame construction
- Finding the optimal integration of nozzle lift mechanism, locking mechanism and other mechanical parts that are now threatened by corrosive liquid spraying.- solution to increase suction efficiency
New mechanism of the closing head mechanism - finding a solution for closing the containers to avoid spraying the product from the containers when they stop.

Result:
The project focuses on the development of a technically and qualitatively new filling and sealing monoblock for the filling of corrosive substances. The result of the project is 2 prototypes of monoblocks / machines.

Increased durability and reliability of the machine - the applicant assumes the possibility of increasing the warranty from 2 to 5 years
Higher machine performance - the applicant expects to increase bottling performance from 2,000 bottles per hour to 4,000 bottles per hourHigher level of machine safety
